We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Once products leave our control, we are unable to resell or restock them, even if unopened.

2. Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds

  • Returned products cannot be verified for safe handling

  • Product integrity and contamination risks cannot be guaranteed

  • Industry best practices discourage resale of returned cosmetic products

3. Exceptions – Incorrect or Damaged Items Only

While we do not accept returns or refunds, we understand that rare issues may occur during order fulfillment or delivery.

You may contact us only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your item arrived damaged due to delivery handling

Conditions for Review:
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and delivery label must be provided

  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition

If the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the affected item, or

  • Provide store credit, or

  • Offer another suitable resolution

Refunds are not guaranteed and will be considered only where replacement is not possible.

4. Items Not Eligible for Review

We are unable to assist with requests related to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivity

  • Dissatisfaction with scent, texture, or results

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Orders placed incorrectly or with wrong delivery details

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions before purchasing.

5. Allergies and Skin Sensitivities

Individual skin responses may vary. Benella Beauty Hub is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse skin responses.

Customers are advised to:

  • Conduct a patch test prior to full application

  • Consult a healthcare or skincare professional if unsure

Purchases made despite known sensitivities are at the customer’s own discretion.

6. Wholesale Orders

All wholesale orders are strictly final.

Due to bulk handling, special pricing, and distribution logistics:

  • Wholesale items are not eligible for returns or refunds

  • Any concerns must be raised immediately upon delivery and before resale

Once an order is placed, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
